NovaMD is one of the brands within eJam’s portfolio. For the brand, I worked on lifecycle email flow design and created a flexible visual system to keep communication consistent across different customer journeys.
I designed the flows in Figma and developed a library of reusable modules for Klaviyo, including recurring content blocks, product sections and promotional elements. This modular approach makes ongoing production faster and easier while maintaining a consistent look and feel across the brand.
