At HP, I worked on CRM design across both the design system and campaign execution, helping create a more consistent and scalable visual approach for email communications.
My work included developing and refining reusable CRM components, templates and design patterns, as well as designing campaign assets for key commercial moments and ongoing marketing activity.
The system was built to support multiple markets, formats and campaign needs while keeping the brand consistent and making production faster and more efficient across the CRM ecosystem.
